01 About Visibl
Visibl is an AI visibility audit platform. It helps brands, agencies, consultants, and marketing teams understand how a brand appears across selected AI engines, how competitors may appear instead, what sources may influence AI answers, and what actions may improve AI visibility.
Visibl is operated by Visibl Information Technology Services, a registered Philippine business name. In these Terms, "Visibl," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Visibl Information Technology Services and the Visibl service.
Visibl provides audit reports, evidence views, answer captures, citation/source analysis, visibility metrics, sentiment analysis, competitor analysis, and related recommendations. Visibl is an audit and reporting service. It is not a legal, financial, investment, security, reputation management, or public relations advisory service.
02 Who may use Visibl
You may use Visibl only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
If you use Visibl on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to both you and the organization.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Visibl complies with all laws, contracts, platform rules, client obligations, confidentiality obligations, and other requirements that apply to you, your company, and any client or brand you audit.
03 Accounts and security
You may need to create an account to purchase audits, subscribe to a plan, run audits, view reports, or download exports.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we believe your account has been compromised, used in violation of these Terms, or used in a way that may create risk for Visibl, other users, or third-party platforms.
04 Audit inputs and user content
To run an audit, you may provide information such as a brand name, company name, official website URL, target location, selected AI engines, custom prompts, and related business context.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit the information and request an audit for the brand, company, client, or website provided.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, confidential without authorization, harmful, abusive, or designed to misuse the platform.
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant Visibl a limited right to use that information to provide the service, run audits, generate reports, improve detection and processing logic, maintain platform security, troubleshoot issues, and support your account.
05 Audit reports and outputs
Visibl audit reports may include AI answer captures, prompt results, visibility metrics, brand detection, competitor mentions, citation/source analysis, sentiment analysis, evidence views, and recommended actions.
Audit outputs are generated from third-party AI engines, external platforms, data sources, public web information, platform processing, and Visibl's detection and analysis logic. AI answers and search-like outputs can change over time. Results may vary based on timing, selected engines, target location, prompt wording, platform behavior, source availability, technical restrictions, and other factors outside Visibl's control.
Visibl uses stricter brand detection and AI processing to reduce false positives and improve audit quality. This may include checking brand names, product names, known variants, competitors, canonical entities, cited sources, and supporting context. Even with these checks, audit reports should be reviewed as decision-support materials, not as guaranteed statements of fact.
You are responsible for reviewing the report and deciding how to use it.
06 AI engine coverage
Visibl currently checks selected AI engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, GPT-5 Search, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode, subject to availability and platform behavior.
Visibl checks supported AI engines through the most reliable available access methods for each platform. Different AI engines provide different access paths, answer surfaces, availability levels, and technical limitations.
We may add, remove, pause, or change supported engines based on platform availability, technical feasibility, market demand, result quality, legal requirements, or operational constraints.
We do not own or control third-party AI engines. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, answer changes, access limitations, policy changes, or errors caused by third-party platforms.
07 Location-based auditing
Visibl may run certain prompts from the target market location to capture answers that better reflect what users in that region may see.
Location-aware checks can take longer in some regions, especially where AI engines, external platforms, or content access rules create additional restrictions. We do not guarantee that every AI engine will produce location-specific results in the same way.
08 Prompt scope
Visibl may allow you to choose between Visibl-discovered prompts and custom prompts.
Visibl-discovered prompts are generated to reflect topics, questions, and comparisons that may matter to the brand, category, market, or competitors. Custom prompts allow you to submit your own prompts, subject to platform limits.
You are responsible for custom prompts you submit. We may reject, limit, or modify prompts that are abusive, illegal, technically unsuitable, or likely to violate these Terms or third-party platform rules.
09 Plans, purchases, and billing
Visibl may offer one-time audits and monthly subscription plans.
A one-time audit gives you one audit report based on the selected audit setup. Monthly plans include a set number of audits per month, depending on the plan purchased.
Current plans, pricing, inclusions, and limits are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change in the future. Price changes will not affect audits or plan periods already purchased, unless required by law or clearly disclosed to you before renewal.
Paid transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, applicable tax calculation and collection, invoices, receipts, chargebacks, and payment-related buyer support. Your bank or payment statement may show a charge from Paddle or PADDLE.NET.
When you purchase through Visibl, you may also be subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Notice, payment processing rules, fraud checks, tax handling, and billing processes.
Visibl does not directly collect or store full payment card details. Paddle may collect payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information needed to process your purchase.
10 Monthly plans and renewal
If you subscribe to a monthly plan, your plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
By starting a monthly plan, you authorize Paddle, as Merchant of Record, to charge your selected payment method for recurring plan fees, applicable taxes, and any additional audit credits or add-ons you purchase.
You may cancel your monthly plan through your account settings, Paddle billing flow, or by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law, Paddle's applicable buyer terms, or where a refund is approved under these Terms.
Plan audits do not roll over unless the pricing page or your plan terms expressly say otherwise.
11 Additional audit credits
Subscribers may be able to purchase additional audit credits at the per-audit rate associated with their current plan.
Additional audit credits are available only to active subscribers unless otherwise stated. Add-on pricing, availability, and limits may vary by plan.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, additional audit credits expire 60 days from the date of purchase.
12 Audit processing and delivery
Visibl audits are not instant. Audits check multiple AI engines and may use different technical access methods depending on the selected engines, target location, and platform availability. Timelines may vary based on selected engines, target location, queue volume, third-party platform behavior, technical restrictions, access limitations, and availability of external systems.
Most audits are expected to complete within 3 to 6 hours. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time.
We will notify you when your report is ready. Delivery may include a live report link, PDF export, single-file HTML export, or other formats made available by Visibl.
Visibl relies on third-party AI engines, external platforms, data sources, processing tools, and technical access methods to generate audit results. These systems may change, limit access, return incomplete results, produce errors, or become temporarily unavailable.
If an audit fails because of a technical issue, platform outage, blocked access, or third-party limitation, Visibl may retry the audit, complete the report with exceptions, provide partial results, return the audit credit, or take another reasonable action.
If an audit request is submitted and Visibl does not deliver any report within 24 hours, the audit credit used for that request will be automatically returned to the user's account.
A returned audit credit is the default remedy for non-delivery. Visibl may also retry the audit, complete the report with exceptions, or provide a replacement audit where appropriate.
Cash refunds are not automatically provided for delayed or failed audits. If no report is delivered within 24 hours after an audit request is submitted, the user may request a refund within the next 24 hours. Refund requests made after that period may be declined, except where required by applicable law, Paddle's applicable buyer terms, or mandatory consumer rights.
If a report is delivered within 24 hours, the audit is considered fulfilled, even if some engines return errors, exceptions, partial results, unavailable responses, or other limitations caused by third-party platforms, technical restrictions, access limitations, or location-based access conditions.
13 Refunds and cancellations
Because Visibl provides digital audit services that consume platform resources, third-party access, processing time, and analysis work, purchases are generally final once an audit has started or a digital report has been delivered.
For one-time audits, refunds are generally not provided after processing begins, except where required by applicable law, Paddle's applicable buyer terms, mandatory consumer rights, or where Visibl determines that a refund, credit, or replacement audit is appropriate.
For monthly plans, cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the active billing period are generally non-refundable, including where monthly audit capacity remains unused, except where required by applicable law, Paddle's applicable buyer terms, mandatory consumer rights, or where Visibl approves a refund in its discretion.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Visibl and Paddle may consider the nature of the product, whether an audit was submitted, whether a report was delivered, usage or consumption, the reason for the request, applicable law, Paddle's applicable policies, and these Terms.
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible and are subject to Paddle's processing rules, transaction limits, and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, consumer guarantee, statutory withdrawal right, tax refund right, or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Users in some regions may have mandatory consumer rights that apply even if a service says purchases are final. Visibl will comply with applicable legal requirements in the regions where it offers services.
14 Acceptable use

- break any law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
- submit confidential information without permission;

- audit a brand, company, or client without proper authorization where authorization is legally or contractually required;

15 Agency and client use
Agencies, consultants, and marketing teams may use Visibl for client discovery, strategy, reporting, and campaign planning.
If you use Visibl for a client, you are responsible for your relationship with that client, including permissions, disclosures, contracts, fees, and how the report is presented.
You may share reports with your team, clients, or stakeholders for internal business purposes, client reporting, and strategy work. You may not remove Visibl branding, misrepresent report authorship, or present outputs in a misleading way unless your plan or written agreement allows white-label use.
16 Intellectual property
Visibl, including its software, design, workflows, scoring logic, detection methods, report formats, visual systems, copy, branding, and documentation, is owned by Visibl Information Technology Services or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Visibl's intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms and your payment, Visibl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform and reports for your internal business, marketing, audit, strategy, and client reporting purposes.
You retain rights to your own brand information, custom prompts, and content you submit, subject to the limited rights you grant Visibl to provide and improve the service.
17 Report sharing and permitted use of outputs
You may use Visibl reports to inform marketing strategy, client strategy, content planning, outreach planning, AI visibility work, internal reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
You may share reports with your organization, clients, advisors, contractors, or stakeholders who need to review them for legitimate business purposes.
You may not use reports or outputs to make unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or misleading claims. You may not claim that Visibl guarantees ranking, visibility, revenue, market share, AI engine behavior, or customer perception.
18 Third-party services
Visibl depends on third-party services, which may include AI engines, external platforms, data sources, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, email providers, authentication providers, infrastructure providers, technical access providers, processing tools, and other vendors.
Third-party services may change, fail, restrict access, return incomplete results, produce errors, modify outputs, or become temporarily unavailable without notice. We are not responsible for third-party failures, platform changes, access limitations, technical restrictions, or availability issues, though we may take reasonable steps to reduce disruption.
Third-party links, citations, and sources shown in reports are provided for evidence and context. We do not control those third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices.
Paddle is a third-party service and Merchant of Record for paid transactions. Paddle's terms, refund policy, privacy notice, and payment rules apply to payment-related matters.
19 Service availability
We aim to keep Visibl available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, outages, capacity limits, security issues, third-party restrictions, platform availability issues, technical access limitations, or events outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where practical, we will try to provide notice for material changes.
20 Disclaimers
Visibl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that audit reports will be error-free, complete, current, or suitable for every business decision. We do not guarantee that any action you take based on a report will improve AI visibility, citations, sentiment, rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or business performance.
AI engines, external platforms, data sources, and public web information can change quickly. A report reflects the data, platform behavior, access conditions, and technical conditions available at the time of the audit.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Visibl disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those cases, the disclaimer applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibl and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or missed opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibl's total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid through Paddle for the specific audit or plan giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
22 Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Visibl, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use of Visibl;
- your submitted content or prompts;
- your use or sharing of reports;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of law;
- your relationship with a client, brand, company, or third party connected to an audit.
23 Termination
You may stop using Visibl at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the service, create legal or technical risk, or use Visibl in a way that harms the platform, other users, or third-party services.
Termination does not remove payment obligations that arose before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms.
24 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Visibl after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
25 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless applicable law requires a different forum or gives you rights that cannot be waived.
If you are a consumer in a supported region, you may have mandatory consumer rights under local law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived by contract.
