07 AI and automated processing

Visibl uses automated processing, AI-assisted analysis, and detection logic to generate audit reports and related insights. This may include processing brand names, product names, custom prompts, AI responses, citations, competitor mentions, and public web references.

Visibl does not use audit reports as legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, or similarly high-impact automated decision-making about individuals.

Audit outputs are business intelligence materials. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions.

Audit outputs may depend on third-party AI engines, external platforms, public data sources, source availability, platform behavior, target location, prompt wording, and technical access conditions outside Visibl's control.

08 How we share personal information

We may share personal information with:

Service providers

Vendors that help us operate Visibl, such as hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, email providers, analytics providers, error monitoring tools, customer support tools, security providers, and other operational vendors.

Paddle and payment-related providers

Paid transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We may share or receive limited billing and transaction information needed to confirm purchases, manage subscriptions, handle invoices, support billing questions, process approved refunds, respond to chargebacks, prevent fraud, and comply with tax or accounting obligations.

We do not directly collect or store full payment card details.

AI engines and technical infrastructure

To run audits, Visibl may send prompts, brand names, website URLs, target locations, and related audit inputs to third-party AI engines, APIs, external platforms, technical access providers, processing tools, and other service providers needed to capture audit results.

Your organization or clients

If you use Visibl as part of a company, agency, or client account, reports and account information may be visible to authorized users connected to that account or shared by you with clients or stakeholders.

Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if needed to comply with law, enforce our Terms, respond to legal requests, protect rights, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, or protect Visibl, users, or others.

Business transfers

If Visibl is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, transfer of the business, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
